Join us for a relaxing and enriching mindfulness series designed specifically for seniors.
Through gentle guided exercises, we’ll explore techniques like mindful breathing, body scans, and mindful movement.
Learn to cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The 6 sessions series will be held on the last Wednesday of every month.
