Step 2

Interview: 

After your submission has been reviewed you will be asked for an in-person interview at either our Whangarei or Kerikeri office. 

Bring two forms of ID. Such as your Drivers License, Birt Certificate, or Passport. If you are on a visa, please bring that as well. 

Step 3

Reference & Police Checks: 

To ensure client safety and high-quality care, we require reference and police checks for all successful candidates. These standard procedures help us create a secure environment for the vulnerable individuals we serve.

Step 4

Induction & Manual Handling: 

All new team members participate in a comprehensive induction program. This includes essential manual handling training to ensure the safety of both our clients and our staff, equipping you with the proper techniques for providing care.

Step 5

Buddy Shifts:

New team members are paired with experienced colleagues for buddy shifts. This provides valuable on-the-job training and support, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals and build your confidence in a real-world setting.

Kerikeri Support Worker

As a support worker you will be caring, connecting and assisting the elderly in your community adding value to someone elses life. Helping the aged feel independent in their own home and helping them with Home care or Personal Care, shopping, as well as complex health disabilities which will depend on your level of experience and qualifications in the Health and Wellbeing area.

Whangarei Support Worker

As a support worker you will be caring, connecting and assisting the elderly in your community adding value to someone elses life. Helping the aged feel independent in their own home and helping them with Home care or Personal Care, shopping, as well as complex health disabilities which will depend on your level of experience and qualifications in the Health and Wellbeing area.
