My career started in the banking industry, where it developed a strong foundation in customer service, operations and financial systems. Transitioning into recruitment, I found a true passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities – skills that naturally extended into my work in the education sector, where I supported both administrative and people-focused functions.
At 59, I bring maturity, reliability and a calm mindset to the workplace. I value meaningful work, strong relationships, and being part of a team that makes a difference.
My experience has taught me to adapt quickly, and always keep learning and giving back to the community ….buy any means “big or small’’ is of importance to me.

My name is Bella, and I’m beyond excited to be joining the Home Support North team in my new role as the Business development, improvement and administration officer!
After completing my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Canterbury, I’ve returned to Northland, eager to apply my degree and dive into this new chapter with such a dynamic team. My background spans customer service, tourism, and other roles, and I’m excited to contribute to the wonderful Northland community I call home.
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me near the water—whether exploring the moana underwater, soaking in the views above, or chasing the perfect sunset.
